Requirements

• NCA Building Works certificate (NCA 8 or above); valid Kenyan business permit; tax compliance; PIN; CR12; IDs of shareholders for a Business Name.
• Complete tender forms: Form of Tender, Disclosure of Interest, Certificate of Independent Quotation Determination, Self Declaration; AGPO certificate if applicable.
• Serialise, bind, and submit all tender documents; tender security is required (where stated).
• Pre-tender Site Visit certificate signed and stamped by NG-CDF MVITA.
• Evidence of similar works in last 2 years; CVs for professional/technical staff; proof of financial capacity.
• No canvassing; comply with all procurement rules and full tender evaluation criteria in the documents.
