RENOVATION TO COMPLETION OF 9 CLASSES AND SUPPLY OF 360 LOCKERS AND CHAIRS AT MWANGAZA ADVENTIST COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL

Overview

Procurement of renovation to completion of 9 classrooms and supply of 360 lockers and chairs at Mwangaza Adventist Comprehensive School. This Open Tender is for civil works and related furniture supply; suitable for construction firms with relevant Kenian licenses and suppliers of school furniture. Bidders must meet Kenyan procurement rules, including NCA registration (class 6+), financial standing, tax compliance, PIN, and company registrations. Requirements

• NCA registration for the relevant class (class 6 or higher) and above.
• Financial standing: audited accounts and bank statements for the last 3 years.
• Tax compliance certificate, PIN, and valid company registration documents (CR12).
• Tender security or tender-security declaration (Ksh 500,000 required for some bids).
• Evidence of similar works completed in the last 3 years.
• Not more than four ongoing projects (or as specified) to be eligible.
• Compliance with Public Procurement rules; no debarment; no conflicts of interest; and JV provisions if applicable.
• Foreign bidders must provide evidence of 40% local inputs; bids must be in Kenya Shillings; NCA registration and other documentary evidence as required.
