Overview

Renovation and completion works for a Digital Hub, including structural cabling, electrical/IT works (LAN, routers, WiFi, UPS), and related furnishings (4 workstations, 30 chairs, 12 LAN extensions) at Kapskoskony Youth Centre, Mt. Elgon. Suitable bidders: civil/ electrical contractors, IT/network integrators, and furniture suppliers with appropriate registration and capacity to deliver works on a public project.

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, not debarred, and complete the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no conflicts of interest; JV rules as per ITT.
• Local content and registration: foreign bidders must meet 40% local input; NCA registration required before contract signature; tax clearance certificate.
• Documentation and qualifications: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security or Security Declaration, JV documents if applicable, authorization to sign, and technical/conformity proposals per the tender forms.
