SAFCOL invites quotes for the Renovations of Entokozweni Community Hall 1, Belfast, Mpumalanga. Scope includes site preparation, walls/partitions, roofing, flooring, electrical and plumbing installations, interior and exterior finishes, and fixtures. Requirements

• Complete RFQ fully and on company letterhead; submit all SBD forms.
• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE.
• Compliance documents: Company CK, CSD registration (or MAAA number), tax clearance, ID copies of directors.
• CIDB registration: 1GB or higher; COIDA good standing.
• Bank statement (not older than 1 week) or proof of funding from NCR-approved provider.
• Minimum three signed completion certificates/references for similar works.
• Price must be quoted on the attached pricing schedule; prices include VAT.
• Special goals: 80/20 price vs. specific goals; 51% Black Youth Owned (5 points) and 51% Owned by People with Disabilities (15 points).
• If a JV, provide consolidated B-BBEE certificate.
• All subcontracting and local empowerment provisions apply; proof of local residence may be required.
