• Tax compliance in order (SARS PIN/Tax Clearance).
• Returnable documents: fully completed RFQ, signed SBDs, latest B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CK documents, CSD report, ID copies of directors.
• Proof of good standing with Compensation Fund; proof of Emakhazeni residence (municipal rates or letter from council).
• Prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive; no pre-delivery before official purchase order/ promissory note.
• Specific goals: 51% Black Youth Owned (5 points) and 51% Owned by People with Disabilities (15 points).
