Overview

Rental and maintenance of photocopiers for a period of three years, open to suitably qualified and accredited service providers. Bidders should be able to supply rental, servicing, and maintenance for photocopiers to Maquassi Hills Local Municipality via the e-tender process.

Requirements

• CIPC registration documents; certified IDs of directors (not older than 3 months); proof of CSD registration.
• Valid Tax PIN printout (SARS).
• Fully completed and signed bid documents MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9.
• Municipal account, lease agreement, and tribal lands proof of residence as per CIPC requirements.
• Past three years’ financial statements.
• VAT registration or proof of VAT registration (bids over R1 million require VAT).
• In a joint venture, tax PINs for all partners and a signed JV agreement with lead partner.
• Evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals (MBD 6.1); minimum 70% functionality threshold to advance.
• No late, incomplete, or facsimile bids; bids must be on original bid documentation.
• Bids may be partially or wholly accepted; municipality reserves right to part or full award.
