• Tax Compliance Status PIN and other prescribed documents.
• Sealed tender submission, clearly marked with tender number/description; non-refundable deposit of R759.20; submission to Municipal Tender Box; late or non-responsive tenders may be rejected.
• Evaluation under 80/20 preferential policy; tender validity: 150 days; municipality not obliged to accept the lowest bid.

• Submit in a sealed envelope to the Municipal Tender Box at 11 Lind Street before 11:00 on 02 October 2026; bids opened in public after closing (advert details).
