Overview

Rental or Acquisition of Warehouse facility for STC: Expressions of Interest are invited from property owners/developers with the legal and financial capacity to offer their properties, in whole or in part, for lease (initial 3 years with possible annual renewal) or sale to the State Trading Corporation (STC), for STC’s exclusive use. The facility should be 7,500–12,500 sqm usable area, near Port Area, ground-floor storage, 6–10 m eaves, 4 m x 4.5 m doors, and be suitable for bulk storage of STC food commodities, with associated offices, yards, loading areas, utilities, security, and staff facilities. Requirements

• Eligible bidders: property owners/developers with the legal and financial capacity; indicate lease, sale, or both; confirm if remaining premises are occupied when offering part of a property.
• Terms: lease for 3 years with potential yearly renewal; or sale to STC; exclusive use for STC.
• Property specs: 7,500–12,500 sqm; site 15–20 km from Port Area; ground-floor with concrete flooring; 6–10 m eaves; 4 m x 4.5 m doors; bulk-storage suitability; modern building (<10 years); OSHA compliance and Fire certificate; climate resilience; pest/dust controls; 3-phase power, water storage; separate staff/public toilets; mess room; loading/parking for trucks and containers; yard 4,000–5,000 sqm; 24-hour security.
