Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications: evidence of ownership or authorization to lease the proposed space; no debarment; compliant with Mauritian law; English-language bid documents.
• Conformity to bidding documents: detailed description of premises, fire safety, security, accessibility, maintenance, and compliance with Schedule of Requirements (Section IV) and Annexes.
• Security and compliance: bid security (Rs 50,000) and, if awarded, performance security equivalent to three months’ rent; compliance with safety, fire and health provisions; site inspection rights prior to award.
