Overview

Repair and maintenance of a kitchen for the SIU Mpumalanga Provincial Office, including cupboards, countertops, sink, floor tiles and wall paint. Bidders should be service providers with CIDB General Building Work rating 1 GB or higher, must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliant, possess a COIDA certificate, and hold a B-BBEE status level of contributor. The scope is detailed in Annexure A (Annexure A - Specification MP Kitchen Renovations.pdf).

Requirements

• CIDB grading (General Building Work) 1 GB or above
• COIDA certificate/Good Standing for construction/renovation
• CIDB registration certificate or proof of registration
• CSD registration and SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS)
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for 80/20 evaluation)
• Fully completed RFQ including SBD4 and SBD6.1; pricing via Annexure A
