Overview

Repair and Maintenance of Temba Administration Office is a construction tender requiring active CIDB Grade 2 GB registration or higher. Requirements

• Active CIDB Grade 2 GB registration.
• Completed Annexures A (Contract) and B (Bill of Quantities) and Work Specifications.
• CV for Foreman (minimum 3 years in General Building GB) and relevant qualifications.
• Qualified Painter (painting trade test) with ≥3 years painting experience; CV and certificates.
• Qualified Carpenter (carpentry trade test) with ≥3 years experience; CV and certificates.
• Qualified Plumber (plumbing trade test) with ≥3 years experience; CV and certificates.
• CIPRO registration documents; Copies of IDs for Members/Shareholders; Original Tax Clearance Pin.
• Completed SBD Forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1); BBBEE certificate (SANAS); Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Detailed quotation breakdown: unit price, total excluding VAT, VAT at 15%, total including VAT.
• Quotation must be signed, dated, and valid according to tender rules (60 days).
• Compulsory site briefing: 19 October 2026 (see REQUISITION FOR GOODS AND SERVICES TEMBA.pdf).
