Overview

Repair and refurbish portable sump pumps for OPS and blower motor for Rand Water EMS. The RFQ covers repair/refurbishment of portable sump pumps and a 380V blower motor for a hot-house at EMS, with Rand Water accepting online submissions (RFQ 10417217 D). Suitable bidders are those with mechanical/electrical repair capability and CIDB registration of at least 1EP, or the ability to register before evaluation.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation of 1EP or higher
• CIDB registration (or ability to register prior to evaluation)
• Tax clearance and COIDA (Letter of Good Standing)
• Completion of required SBD forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and returnable documents
• Evidence of CIDB/registration in the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit)
• Quality and safety obligations (ISO 9001 or equivalent; adherence to OHS Act; site safety requirements)
• Detailed project/programme and equipment/human resource capacity documentation as per T2 returnables
• Site information and past experience references as requested
