Overview

Repair and service of Kyocera 4012i printer at Naivasha NG-CDF Office; Open Tender inviting qualified bidders to repair/maintain the printer, with emphasis on local Kenyan providers capable of servicing Kyocera equipment. Bidders must be pre-qualified with Naivasha NG-CDF.

Requirements

• Must be pre-qualified with Naivasha NG-CDF (mandatory).
• Submit: certificate of registration/incorporation; valid tax compliance certificate & KRA PIN; valid business permit; properly book-bound tender document with pages initialized; filled Price Schedule; CR12 (or National ID if sole proprietor); Confidential Business Questionnaire; self-declaration on corruption/debarment.
• Tender security: from a financial institution or approved insurer; valid for 30 days beyond tender validity.
• Eligibility: goods/services from eligible origin; bid currency in Kenya Shillings; fixed prices; tender validity 120 days.
• Technical evaluation: 50 points total (30 for Financial Capacity with bank letter; 20 for relevant work experience). Need at least 40 to proceed to financial evaluation.
• Award: lowest evaluated responsive bid after confirming capability to perform.
