Overview

Repair and service of the laminar flow bench fan (S/N VA-2754) with built-in motor and speed controller, plus replacement of the cabinet light, for Vivid Air. Bidders with mechanical/electrical repair capabilities and experience with laminar flow equipment, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), should consider bidding. Ensure compliance with SBDs, warranty terms, and relevant ICT/equipment service experience.

Requirements

• CSD registration number and full CSD report.
• Ability to claim Specific Goals for 20 points under the 80/20/90/10 framework.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
• Documentation of warranty/guarantee terms and relevant service experience for the requested work.
• Prices in ZAR, VAT-inclusive, including delivery and insurance where applicable.
• Submission by email to ARC SCM (ramovhat@arc.agric.za) and adherence to compulsory site briefing terms (see attached document).
