Overview

This RFQ seeks to repair 1 x CASE tractor rear wheel tyre and to supply/fit 12 x BEL front end loader tyres at Northern Wastewater Treatment Works for Johannesburg Water. Bidders should have earth-moving/equipment repair capability, tyre supply and fitment, and be able to develop/implement QA/QC plans; must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and align with PPPFA 2022 evaluation.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing attendance and full completion of the BOQ/specification.
• Submit datasheets, references, proof of certification/accreditation; include trade certificates and CVs showing ≥3 years in tractor/earth-moving repairs; include at least one client reference.
• Not in the service of the state; not blacklisted; quotes on company letterhead; include all attached MBD forms (MBD4, MBD8, MBD9, MBD6.1); JV agreement if applicable.
• Administrative documents: Original tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates not older than 90 days, proof of CSD registration, company registration documents with director IDs.
• Pricing: firm prices including all taxes; BoQ items cover QA/QC plans, safety, and execution; 60-day bid validity.
• Evaluation: 80/20 price vs. specific goals; mandatory compulsory briefing.
