Repair of Ash Dam filter drains and piezometer to improve Ash Dam Stability at Matla Power Station under NEC3 ECC3, with an open bid process. Bidders should hold CIDB CE level 6+ and have civil‑engineering, environmental and SHEQ capabilities suitable for drainage design and on‑site implementation.

Requirements

• CIDB CE level 6+ (and CIDB registration)
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• Complete mandatory tender returnables: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2 (where applicable), Pricing Schedule/BOQ, and Annexes listed in the ITT
• Demonstrate financial viability and CSI commitment (2% of contract value) and SDL&I where applicable
• SHEQ, environmental (ISO14001), and quality management requirements
