Overview

This RFQ seeks quotes for the repair of the IDEXX Quanty- Tray Sealer, issued by Vaal Central Water for the Bloemfontein region. Requirements

• Firm, all-inclusive pricing valid for 60 days from offer, inclusive of taxes.
• Clear delivery period; delivery costs included in price.
• Compliance with GCC (National Treasury) and Preferential Procurement Regulations; completion of SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1 with the quotation.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (or CSD/MTA where applicable); CIDB status if applicable.
• BBBEE documentation: BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; copy of ID; medical/disability documentation if applicable.
• Bidder must meet administrative pre-qualifiers (one-folder bid, properly completed forms) and respond to clarifications within specified response times.
