Overview

Repairs and Renovations to Tabankulu CHC and Mnceba Clinic in Alfred Nzo District. Eligible bidders are contractors with CIDB grading of 3GB, 2GB PE or higher in General Building, including joint ventures that meet lead partner and combined grading requirements. Requirements

• CIDB: 3GB, 2GB PE or HIGHER; Joint ventures must meet lead partner and combined grading rules.
• Experience and qualifications: suitably qualified personnel and track record for similar works; minimum project references and CVs.
• Returnable documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire; Proof of CIDB/CRS; CSD registration; Tax clearance or PIN; POPIA consent; fully priced Bills of Quantities; Form of Offer and Acceptance; JV agreements if applicable.
• Compliance: tax matters in order (CSD/TCS PIN or SARS status); CIDB active status through award; no state service conflicts; signatures and authority proofs where required.
• Evaluation: three-phase (Compliance, Functionality, PPPFA 2022). Functionality threshold 70/100; PPPFA 80/20 (price vs specific goals).
• Site/clarifications: Compulsory on-site briefing; addenda attendance; responds to clarifications within timelines.
