Overview

Procurement of repairs to two buildings at Jessievale Plantation (Building 1440 repairs and Building 236 upgrade) by SAFCOL; suitable for contractors with building/construction expertise, CIDB 1GB+ and related certifications.

Requirements

• Fully complete RFQ with company on letterhead; submit per instructions.
• Latest SARS Tax Clearance and/or tax compliance proof.
• SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE.
• CSD registration (or MAQ number) and valid company registration documents.
• CIDB registration: 1GB or higher (mandatory).
• COIDA good standing; proof of registration with Department of Labour to handle asbestos (where applicable).
• Two reference letters or completion certificates for similar works; CVs for key personnel.
• ID copies of company directors.
