Overview

RFQ for Repairs to Access Control and related security works at Airports Company South Africa George Airport. Bidders should be experienced in access-control installations (biometric and card-based systems), door hardware and emergency exit installations, and related electrical/installation work, with compliance to SA standards and any required security vetting.

Requirements

• Proven experience with access-control systems (biometric readers, card access, intercom integration) and emergency door installations.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; provide VAT registration if applicable.
• Proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolutions) and full bidder details.
• Compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and related safety/reporting requirements; installation must be delivered with an Installation Report and warranties for workmanship/materials.
• Adhere to the scope in Annexures A–D and provide a detailed BOQ/price proposal; include warranties and post-installation support.
