Overview

Informal tender for Repairs to Darling Public Toilets to appoint a service provider to undertake repairs at the Darling Public Toilets under Swartland Municipality. Requirements

• CIDB: registered GB class; grading equal to or higher than the tender value per Construction Regulations 2004.
• Estimated contract value: up to R300,000.
• B-BBEE: complete Annexure MBD 6.1; submit original or certified B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates; provide locality proof.
• Evaluation: 80/20 Preferential Points, per the Council’s Policy; PP policy available on request.
• Tender documentation: must be initiated on the issued tender document; adhere to General and any Special Conditions.
• Locality: evidence required to claim locality points.
