Overview

Procurement: Replacement of 75km AC sewer pipelines in Dannhauser and Durnacol, Dannhauser – Phase 1. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database with a CIDB grading of 7CE or higher for construction works.

Requirements

• CIDB 7CE+ and CSDB registration; tax clearance or IT reference number; security pin; TCC number.
• Verification documents for HDI and specific goals (e.g., ownership, disability, gender), plus company registration/CSD evidence; ID copies.
• Evidence of local promotion requirements (KwaZulu-Natal Province, Amajuba District) and municipal rates/taxes (CSD report).
• Bid document purchase: non-refundable fee of R750; proof of payment required to obtain documents.
• Compliance with compulsory Clarification Meeting and site inspection.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 13 August 2026 at 12:00 (closing). Compulsory Clarification Meeting: 21 July 2026 at 10:00, Amajuba District Municipality. (see attached doc)
• Submission method: sealed bids deposited in the municipality’s tender box, Reception, Amajuba District Municipality, Madadeni; bids opened publicly.
