Overview

RFQ to remove asbestos roof sheets and replace them with corrugated IBR sheets at Bergvliet Plantation, including disposal and finishing of 10 village houses. The project is a SAFCOL construction tender requiring asbestos handling, roofing, and general building capabilities. Suitable bidders should have CIDB 1GB or higher, SANAS-accredited B-BBEE (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit), SARS tax clearance, CSD registration, and a registered asbestos-handling capability.

Requirements

• Complete RFQ document and quotation on company letterhead
• Email quotations to the specified address with RFQ number in subject
• Latest SARS Tax Clearance and proof of tax compliance
• Latest B-BBEE certificate (SANAS) or EME/QSE sworn affidavit
• CSD registration (or MAAC number) and company directors’ ID copies
• CIDB registration 1GB or higher
• Registration with Department of Labour to handle asbestos
• COIDA good standing/letter of good standing
• Two reference letters or completion certificates
• Demonstrate financial capacity (bank statement within 7 days or NCR funding proof)
