Requirements

• CIDB registration: 1GB or higher; COIDA good standing; proof of DoL registration to handle asbestos; two reference letters or completion certificates; key personnel with construction experience (CVs).
• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited verification or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE; latest B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Compliance: fully completed RFQ; signed SBD forms; tax clearance; CSD (or MAAA number); ID copies of company directors.
• Technical: removal of asbestos by a registered contractor; supply and install corrugated roof sheets and related accessories; pricing inclusive of VAT; all deliveries within the specified site and schedule.
• Additional: local content and transformation requirements (e.g., local employment and sub-contracting targets) and ability to provide bank statements or funding proof.
• Delivery timeframe: work to be delivered within 1 calendar month of award (as per RFQ).
