Overview

Procurement of replacement of cracked windows at ATNS Building, Upington Airport (Construction works). Suitable for CIDB contractors graded 1SG or higher with NEC3 ECSC framework; target market includes qualified construction firms with relevant windows/ façade experience.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 1SG or higher. (T1.2/T1.1)
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN, Tax Compliance Status; separate PINs per JV/subcontractor; CSD number if no PIN. (T1.1)
• Mandatory briefing session: 07 September 2026 at 11:00 via MS Teams. (T1.1)
• Site inspection: after briefing (non-compulsory); bring ID, safety boots, reflector vest. (T1.1)
• Returnable documents: Forms of Offer/Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations, pricing schedules, etc.; signatories with authority. (T1.1)
• Submissions: late tenders not accepted; follow prescribed format; attach 4MB+ splits; email to AcsaRfq@airports.co.za. (T1.1)

• Attend compulsory briefing 07 Sep 2026 (Teams link provided in T1.1).
