Requirements

• Complete RFQ document, on company letterhead; submit via email.
• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• Tax compliance: SARS tax clearance; proof via PIN or certificate; CSD registration (or register within 7 days of award).
• CIDB: registered 1GB or higher.
• Asbestos handling: registration with Department of Labour to handle asbestos; two reference letters or completion certificates for similar works.
• Returnable documents: fully completed RFQ, official company quotation, latest tax clearance, BBBEE certificate, CSD/MAAA number, ID copies of directors.
• Key personnel: CVs showing construction experience.
• Health, safety, and environmental compliance (Asbestos Regulations; Plan of Work submitted 30 days prior; approved plan 14 days prior; completion/disposal certificates).
• Local content and targeted procurement points apply per SAFCOL policy.
• Pricing: firm, VAT inclusive; 60-day RFQ validity; price and specific goals evaluation (80/20).
