Procurement of replacement of damaged concrete palisade fence and related works at Northern Wastewater Treatment Works (Diepsloot), Johannesburg Water. Suitable bidders include civil construction, fencing/civil works contractors with CIDB GB 1 and above; submissions via the e-tender portal.

Requirements

• CIDB: GB 1 and above
• Tax clearance and CSD registration (supplier number)
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Quotes on company letterhead; all taxes included
• Complete BOQ/Specifications; use attached MBD forms
• Returnable documents: MBD4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD6.1 (Preference Points), MBD8 (Past SCM practices), MBD9 (Independent Bid Determination)
• Pricing: firm prices on MBD3.1; ensure separate delivery pricing if multiple points
• Not in service of the state; no blacklisting
• Completion of Safety, Health and Environmental requirements (Minimum SHE Requirements for Construction RFQ projects)
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing (25 Jun 2026, 10:30; venue as in RFQ)
• 3 months guarantee; safety file and required safety inductions
• Submission via the e-tender portal; adherence to Johannesburg Water’s supply chain policy
