Overview

Replacement of the print head for a Roland VersaExpress RF-640 large format printer. KwaZulu-Natal Museum invites quotes from suppliers experienced in printer parts/maintenance to supply the print head and associated components.

Requirements

• Provide CSD Supplier Number, Tax PIN, and BBBEE certificate.
• Be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD).
• Complete and submit the Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD 4).
• Preferential-procurement points: Black Ownership 6; Women Owned 2; Youth Owned 2; Disability Owned 2; Locality 8 (80/20 system).
• Items to supply/include: Inject Head VS 640, VS Cap Top, Damper (ink) VS 640, Pump Sub XC 540, Wiper Head VS 640, Wiper Head felt VS 640 (quantities as listed).
• VAT at 15% where applicable.
• Validity period of the quote: 31 days.
