Overview

Procurement of 200 study packs for delivery to the University of Fort Hare’s East London Campus, comprising beverages, snacks, notebooks and other stationery; suitable for suppliers able to supply the listed items. Open to suitably qualified providers; registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.

Requirements

• CSD registration and Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Detailed quotation on company letterhead, including a price schedule
• Compliance with RFQ specifications and delivery of 200 study packs as listed (beverages, snacks, stationery)
• Preference points: 80/20 (price vs specific goals) with required BBBEE proof (CSD Summary report and BBBEE certificate) to claim points
• Quotes adjudicated per SCM policy; no late quotations accepted
• Completion and submission of mandatory forms (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 9) as part of the bid package
