Design and Build (Turnkey) contractor to demolish existing units and construct prefab housing units at the Hawequa and Obiqua Correctional Centres, Allandale Management Area. Open to tenderers with CIDB 3GB or higher (JV allowed with lead partner meeting requirements), who are registered with the Central Supplier Database (CSD), NHBRC, and COIDA; and who can provide professional services (Architect, Occupational Health and Safety Manager or higher, Structural Engineer). Mandatory briefing attendance; JVs permitted with proper partner registrations; and a comprehensive bid package including SBD forms, disclosure, CIDB proof, NHBRC, COIDA, professional registrations, PI insurance, JV agreement, and enterprise questionnaire. The bid is evaluated in three phases: Mandatory Administrative Requirements, Functionality, and a Preferential Points system with a minimum functionality threshold of 70% and an 80/20 price–specific-goals split.
