Overview

RFQ for the supply and delivery of groceries to the National Lotteries Commission, Kwa-Zulu Natal Provincial Office, for a 12-month period. Bidders should be experienced suppliers of groceries to public entities, with CSD registration and SARS tax compliance, and able to meet PPPFA/BBBEE requirements and delivery to NLC offices.

Requirements

• Compliance with PPPFA, GCC and any special conditions; signed contract form (SBD7).
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN, tax compliance status, CSD registration (and CSD summary). Separate TCS/PIN for joint ventures or subcontractors.
• Forms: fully completed SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 4, and SBD 6.1; POPIA consent.
• Pricing: complete the NLC Excel Pricing Annexure (Annexure A - Pricing Schedule for Groceries - KZN.xlsx) and submit pricing separately.
• Deliverables: groceries as per order list, delivered on schedule to KZN offices; sample before printing; goods must be fresh and within expiry where applicable.
• Additional: JV agreements if applicable; no compulsory briefing session (RFQ mentions NO BRIEFING SESSION).
