Suitable bidders are suitably qualified Professional Town Planners with SACPLAN registration, proven experience in rezoning, site planning, environmental exemption processes, and related regulatory processes, capable of delivering cadastral delineation, geotechnical work, and a rezoning submission under City of Tshwane by-laws.

Requirements

• Project lead must be a Professional Town Planner.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Urban/Town and Regional Planning.
• Valid SACPLAN registration.
• Proven experience (last 7 years) submitting Land Use/Land Development Applications to State organs.
• Schedule of contracts awarded by a state organ in the last 7 years, with details.
• Detailed project organogram and CVs of proposed personnel, with qualifications and registrations.
• Proposed methodology, work plan and process to deliver all deliverables.
• Completion of required bid documents (e.g., SBD4/SBD6.1) and related compliance as per the terms of reference (Final ToR Sokhulumi - SBD4 and SBD6.1.pdf).
