REQUEST FOR A QUOTE FOR A COMPANY TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER CORCK BOARDS FOR MPW CLASSROOMS – MTF RFQ 524/2026-2027

Overview

Supply and delivery of cork boards (70 cm width x 6.5 m length), quantity 4, for MPW classrooms by The Market Theatre Foundation (MTF RFQ 524/2026-2027). Bidders should be suppliers/manufacturers/distributors of cork boards with BBBEE compliance and CSD registration; quote must meet the spec and be valid for 60 days.

Requirements

• Delivery duration to be communicated within 1 week of appointment/PO; delivery within agreed timeframe.
• Compulsory documents: SBD 4 declaration; SBD 6.1 BBBEE claim form; Certified copy BBBEE certificate; Proof of CSD registration starting with MAAA.
• Quote must include complete Pricing Schedule (Annexure E) and total price including VAT; ensure full cork boards spec is quoted (70x6.5m, qty 4).
• Quote validity: 60 days.
• Electronic submission to rfq@markettheatre.co.za by 2026-10-30 12:00; subject line MTF RFQ 524/2026-2027.
• Preference points: 80/20 (price vs specific goals) with goals for black ownership etc. (see SBD 6.1).
