REQUEST FOR A QUOTE FOR A SPECIALIZED LOCKSMITH OR COMPANY TO DO REPAIRS TO A COMBINATION SAFE – MTF RFQ 522/2026-2027

Overview

The Market Theatre Foundation is seeking a specialized locksmith or company to repair a combination safe. Bidders should be qualified safes repair specialists with proven experience, and must meet security, governance and procurement requirements (e.g., PSIRA registration, BBBEE compliance and CSD registration).

Requirements

• Proof of qualification to work and repair safes (technician CV and qualifications)
• Company PSIRA registration certificate
• Minimum 2 reference letters in safe repairs
• SBD 4: Declaration of Interest (Annexure A)
• SBD 6.1: BBBEE claim form and certified BBBEE certificate
• CSD registration starting with MAAA (Annexure C)
• Quote validity: 60 days
• Delivery/lead time: communicate delivery within 1 week of appointment/PO; if cannot deliver, MT F will move to next supplier (proposal disqualification for lack of communication)
• Pricing Schedule to be completed (Annexure E) and submitted with quote
