REQUEST FOR A QUOTE FOR A SUPPLIER TO RE-EVALUATE AND GRADE 10 X MTF POSITIONS – MTF RFQ 525/2026-2027

Overview

RFQ to re-evaluate and grade 10 MTF positions using the Market Theatre Foundation's Global Grading system. The Market Theatre Foundation seeks quotes from experienced service providers to re-evaluate approximately 10 job profiles, determine grading levels, and provide reports. Bidders should have proven job evaluation/grading expertise, preferably in cultural institutions or similar sectors, and be able to demonstrate methodology, timelines, and references. The tender uses the 80/20 preference-point system with specific goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in job evaluation/grading systems (cultural institutions or similar).
• Ability to deliver detailed, transparent reports and a documented methodology.
• Four reference letters from 2022–2026.
• Clear pricing breakdown and ability to meet the project timeline.
• Compliance: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 6.1; certified BBBEE certificate; CSD registration (starting with MAAA).
• Delivery of grading reports within 72 hours of completing each job.
• Quote validity: 60 days.
• Delivery timeframe: within 1 week of appointment/PO.
