Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; submit TCS where applicable.
• Insurance and health and safety commitments; MSDS for chemicals; COIDA compliance.
• Complete and sign all official forms (e.g., Form of Offer and Acceptance C1.1) and returnable schedules; no alternative bids.
• Pricing data to be provided in Part C2; prices may be fixed for contract duration unless contract data states otherwise.
• Specific BBBEE and other pre-qualification points apply in the evaluation.
