Overview

Provision of VMware vSphere Standard license for Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN). Bidders must be authorized VMware resellers/partners and meet SA SCM requirements (CSD/SARS PIN, POPIA, SBD forms). RFQ issued 15 July 2026; closing 22 July 2026 12:00; quotation validity 90 days. Submissions are by email.

Requirements

• Authorized VMware Reseller Certificate / Partner Proof
• Proof of registration on CSD and SARS PIN
• Completed SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) and POPIA consent
• Completed SBD 6.1 (Preference Points claim form)
• Evidence of VMware partner/reseller status
• Compliance with RFQ specifications; price must cover listed license quantities
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; tax matters verified before awarding
• Annexed documents: company quotation on letterhead; CSD/MAAA number; proof of ownership and related forms (see RFQ202627/23 VMWARE HYPERVISOR.pdf)
