Overview

RFQ to provide high-level network and server support (physical and cloud-based) for TIKZN for 24 months. Open to ICT service providers with enterprise network/server expertise, cloud/on-premises capabilities, and relevant OEM certifications.

• Expertise: network management, firewall, server/AD/DNS/DHCP, cybersecurity, desktop support
• Certifications: Fortinet, Cisco, HPE/HP, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, Azure (or equivalent)

Requirements

• Proven enterprise network and server support experience with at least 3 reference letters. (RFQ202627/41)
• OEM/technology partner status: provide two certifications from the listed vendors (Fortinet, Cisco, HPE/HP, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, Azure, or equivalent). (RFQ202627/41)
• Administrative/compliance: registration on CSD or SARS PIN; complete SBD4, SBD1, POPIA consent form; submit SBD6.1 preference points form.
• Deliverables and service scope: deliver 20 hours of desktop/network/server support per month; weekly system health checks; 60 onsite days per year (08:00–17:00) on need; must have presence or partnership in Gauteng for ad hoc Gauteng Office support.
• Compliance and evaluation: bid responses evaluated under PPPFA 2022; include price and specific goals; BBEE/HDI and RDP locality goals claimed with appropriate proof.
