Overview

Procurement: provision of VEEAM V13 Enterprise Plus Edition software license (12-month subscription) for eleven virtual machines (up to 15 instances total). Bids are invited from IT/software providers, specifically those with authorized Veeam reseller status; the supplier must be able to cover the required licensing through a 12-month term. Requirements

• Authorized Veeam Reseller Certificate / Partner Proof.
• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or SARS PIN (tax/compliance).
• Completed and signed SBD 4, SBD 1, and POPIA consent form.
• Completed SBD 6.1 Preference Points claim form (and related BBBEE/RDP evidence if claiming points).
• Compliance with RFQ specifications; bid must cover the requested quantity (11 VMs) and any included Essentials Package/licensing as stated. Pricing must be inclusive of taxes.
