Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply and deliver consumables for Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN). The RFQ covers a fixed list of office/food/beverage consumables to be delivered to Durban, with responses submitted by email. Briefing session is not required. Closing date is 10 September 2026; submissions must include all items as specified.

Consumables scope includes: long life full cream milk (1L x 6 packs), brown sugar (3 kg, 20 packs), white sugar (2.5 kg, 6 packs), Ricoffy 750 g (4), Rooibos Freshpak tea bags (160 bags, 4), Five Roses tea bags (200 bags, 6 packs), Nescafe Classic 200 g (12), cling wrap (300 m x 32 cm, 3), and stainless cutlery set (70 forks, 70 teaspoons, 70 spoons x 210 pieces).

Requirements

• Proof of registration on CSD or SARS PIN.
• Completed SBD 4, SBD 1, and POPIA consent forms.
• SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form.
• Compliance with RFQ specifications (complete item list; no partial submissions).
• Tax compliance verification (CSD or SARS) and adherence to PPPFA 2022 evaluation rules.
