Overview

Procurement of a service provider to deliver ISO 45001:2018 Introduction, Understanding and Implementation Course and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management Lead Auditors Course. The bidder must be a training provider accredited to offer these courses (SAATCA, Chartered Quality Institute, or SAIOSH) and provide accreditation proof.

Requirements

• Mandatory accreditation by SAATCA, CI, or SAIOSH; provide accreditation certificate/letter.
• Courses: ISO 45001:2018 Introduction, Understanding and Implementation (5 days) and ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditors (5 days) for four Department officials; mode: physical/face-to-face; delivery location: Gauteng; competency certificate on completion.
• Pricing must include training venue, materials, meals, and all applicable costs; price must be in Rand and exclude VAT where indicated.
• Bid documentation: formal quotation on company letterhead with VAT per item, CSD MAAA number, accurate banking details; include signed SBD documents and CSD report; comply with tax requirements (PIN/TCS or CSD).
• Preference points: 80/20 system with 20 points for Specific Goals (ownership >50% by Black people, Women, or people with disabilities); provide required documentation (SBD6.1, medical certificate if claiming disability, SANAS/CIPC B-BBEE evidence, Ownership Certificate).
• Department reserves rights: due diligence, request for additional information, no obligation to award, and adherence to POPIA and other procurement rules.
