Overview

This tender seeks to procure advert space for recruitment campaigns by Statistics South Africa. Open to advertising/marketing agencies with media buying capability and the ability to meet the specified requirements. Proposals must include the requested SBD forms and supporting documents; non-compliance with all specifications will lead to disqualification.

Requirements

• Complete and submit SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 (PPR2022).
• Provide certified copies of IDs of directors and certified CIPC documents.
• Ensure quotes align with the specification document (NB: non-compliance with specifications will disqualify).
• If claiming Preferential Procurement points, provide proof for each goal as guided in SBD 6.1 (e.g., Black, Woman, Disabled, Youth) with the required IDs, registrations, and BBBEE documentation.
• Note the preference point system may be 80/20 or 90/10 depending on rand value; points are allocated to Price and Specific Goals (80/20 or 90/10 total 100).
• Specific goals include: Black (10), Woman (5), Disabled (2), Youth (3) (for 80/20; values may vary per system).
