Overview

Procurement of Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) services for Mokolo Dam (Limpopo) and Hammanskraal Canal (Gauteng). Open tender issued by the Department of Water and Sanitation, Northern Operations, Hartbeespoort Area Office. Requirements

• Lead Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) must be registered with EAPASA as a Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP) and have at least 5 years post-registration EIAs/BAs; provide CVs and project references.
• Bidder must hold Professional Indemnity Insurance with a minimum of R1,000,000.
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing/site visit is required; attendance proof is needed.
• Lead EAP and project team must declare independence; no conflicts of interest.
• Complete and sign SBD forms; provide all listed returnable documents (CK certificate, original tax clearance, IDs, BBBEE, company profile, authority letter, CVs, contract, CSD, checklists).
• Provide CSD details, SARS tax clearance PIN, and ensure tax/compliance status; ensure authority to sign bid.
• Demonstrate experience: at least three EIAs/BAs within last five years, with references.
• Administrative and pricing documents required: SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1, Annexure C.
• The project requires team with EAPASA registration, SACNASP biodiversity/wetland/habitat specialists, and an ECO with relevant dam/water resource experience.
