Overview

Procurement of a suitable corporate office space in East London for SITA via an operating lease for five years. Bidders should be office-space providers or building owners/agents capable of delivering ~700 m2 with 35 covered parking bays, compliant with SA standards, and able to meet SITA’s accessibility and safety requirements. Requirements

• Space and parking: approx. 700 m2; at least 35 covered parking bays; located within ~15 km of Beacon Bay Retail Park; good public transport access and nearby amenities. (RFB 3257-2026 – Bid Specification document)
• Building quality and compliance: Grade B–A; electrical and plumbing certificates; occupancy certificate; building design and accessibility for disabled persons; elevator access if multi-storey; TI and TI-related obligations. (Bid Specification and Annexes)
• Ownership/parties: bidder either owns the building or is managing agent/proxy for the owner, or has owner-sublet approval. (Bid Specification)
