Overview

Procurement of a service provider to execute and manage the reinstatement of SITA Cape Town’s current office and relocation to a new office. Target bidders are capable contractors with CIDB registration (minimum 4GB), experience in office relocation, demolition and reinstatement of leased premises, and project management; including OHSA/compliance capabilities. The process is Open-Tender via the SITA ERP portal, with a compulsory site briefing on 27 Oct 2026 and closing on 10 Nov 2026 (11:00). Requirements

• CIDB registration minimum 4GB or higher (proof via ANNEX B).
• Demonstrated experience relocating offices and reinstating leased premises (at least one reference in last five years) with demolition work; provide referees and letters on letterhead.
• Acceptance of all Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) and GCC; complete the Declaration of Compliance.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/CSD registration; ensure separate submissions for consortia/sub-contractors; include TCS where applicable.
• Attendance at the compulsory site briefing; if JV/Consortium, at least one party must attend.
• Registration on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Returnables: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Pricing/Costing and SCC documents; pricing schedule (Excel) to be submitted; CIDB evidence; Annex A evidence.
• Deliverables include relocation logistics, risk/quality controls, and compliance with relevant standards (ISO, POPIA, etc.).
