Overview

Procurement of security access cards, card materials and the cleaning kit for the Smart Card Printer over five years. SITA seeks RBH Access Technologies OEM-accredited bidders to supply RBH proximity and MIFARE DESFire security cards, accessory materials (dye film, cleaning cards, cleaning kit, adhesive overlays, card holders, lanyards, screen Mylar) and related printer consumables, with delivery to Pretoria. No briefing session.

Requirements

• RBH OEM accreditation as reseller/partner (documentation required)
• Evidence of supplying RBH cards and consumables to at least one customer in the last five years
• Acceptance of GCC and SCC; no counter-conditions; signed Declaration of Compliance
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) for all parties
• Compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC standards and POPIA; provision of Occupational Health and Safety file
• All mandatory bid documents to be completed (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and pricing schedule (see Pricing Schedule.xlsx)
