Overview

Procurement of the supply, configuration, installation including maintenance and support of Local Area Network infrastructure (ARUBA switches and wifi access points) for a 3-year period at the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) Head Office, Phase 2, Pretoria. Suitable bidders are ICT network integrators with Aruba OEM accreditation, proven LAN/Wi-Fi implementation capability, and relevant certifications; must be registered on the Central Supplier Database and meet tax, B-BBEE and related pre-qualifications. Requirements

• Accredited Aruba OEM/OSM partner with proof (Annex A evidence).
• Experience: supply, install, configure, maintain and support Aruba switches and wireless infrastructure for at least one customer in the last 5 years.
• Compliance with Product/Service Functional Requirements (Annex B Addendum 1).
• Warranty/Maintenance: OEM warranty for 5 years and 3-year maintenance; on-site Next Business Day support; documentation of designs/diagrams.
• Scope execution: remove old gear, install Aruba core and CX switches, APs (including 10G uplinks, PoE as applicable), labeling, testing, and integration with existing network (firewall/routers).
• Delivery at DWS Head Office, Sedibeng Building, 185 Francis Baardt Street, Pretoria.
• Compliance with POPIA, security clearances for company and personnel as applicable; confidentiality agreements.
• Acceptance of GCC/SCC terms; ability to enter formal contract; post-award audit right.
• Subcontracting: allowed with details if applicable.
