Overview

Supply, installation and configuration of Cisco equipment with maintenance and support for three years for the Presidency, including renewal of Cisco CUCM licenses and related services. Bidders should have Cisco OEM certifications (Collaboration/Network Partner), government ICT delivery experience, and the ability to operate via SITA’s e‑procurement portal; there is a compulsory briefing on 14 August 2026 (Teams) and a closing date extended to 28 September 2026. Requirements

• OEM accreditation as Cisco Collaboration Partner and Network Partner with proof to Annex A
• Prior experience: supplied/installed/maintained Cisco voice and data for at least one customer in the last 5 years, with referee details (reference letters in Annex A)
• Registration and compliance: B-BBEE status, CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance Status PINs, and separate PINs for consortium/subcontractors if applicable
• Administrative and technical readiness: sign the GCC/SCC, accept Special Conditions of Contract, provide required returnable documents, and be able to deliver and support for 36 months
• Mandatory briefing attendance and online submission through the SITA ERP portal; price and performance requirements as per the bid documents
