Request for Bids for provision of Quality Management System (QMS) for a period of sixty (60) months at Airport Company South Africa Airport

Overview

Procurement of a Quality Management System (QMS) for 60 months at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA), including design, development, implementation and ongoing management of an automated QMS aligned to ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements. Bidders should have OEM accreditation to supply/maintain the solution, ISO 27001:2022 certification, and proven QMS implementation experience. A compulsory briefing is on 06 November 2026 (MS Teams); bids close 30 November 2026 at 12:00. Clarifications end 13 November 2026. The evaluation uses a staged approach (Mandatory requirements, Functionality with references, Demonstration, then Price/Preference).**

Requirements

• OEM accreditation/certification to supply, install, support and maintain the proposed QMS.
• ISO 27001:2022 certification and data protection controls.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; separate TCS if in a consortium.
• Complete mandatory documents: SBD 3.3 (priced schedule), SBD 4, SBD 6.1, NDA, BBBEE documentation; OEM proof; confidentiality commitments.
• Minimum 5 client reference letters (within 7 years) and minimum 5 years QMS experience; demonstrated through stage 2 evaluation.
• Confidentiality, PEP/DPIP declaration, and other anti-corruption disclosures.

• Provide SBD 3.3 pricing (Annexure C) and all mandatory forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1), Confidentiality NDA, B-BBEE, Tax PIN or CSD number, OEM accreditation, and ISO 27001 proof (see Annexure C for pricing; (Annexure C- Pricing Schedule.pdf)).
• Clarification requests due by 13 November 2026 (responses shared with all bidders).
• Mandatory briefing on 06 November 2026 11:30 (MS Teams); link in the bid documents.
