Overview

Procurement of a supplier to supply, deliver, and install library and office furniture to Limpopo Department of Sport, Arts and Culture for three years. Requirements

• Administrative: submit SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1; register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN (or CSD number); ensure compliance for all JV/consortia.
• Capacity and delivery: detailed delivery plan; delivery within 8 weeks; include warranties/guarantees and defect resolution plan.
• Experience: provide contactable government client references with contract value and duration.
• Locality: prove Limpopo presence (office or address) with certified proof.
• Pricing and governance: prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive; bid valid 120 days; comply with GCC and PPR 2022; comply with fronting and tax requirements.
